Social Space

After your workout, we would like to welcome you to stay for coffee and have a chat to other members. This will enable you to enjoy the benefits of social interaction and make new friends!

We are located close to Canterbury Bus Station and Holman’s Meadow car park is close by. So why not come and talk to our highly qualified staff and enjoy a free trial session?

Absolutely amazing. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym is designed to help people with limited mobility regardless of cause. Other members are welcoming and chatty.
